Let's just suppose your New Year's resolution was health-related. Maybe you've decided to eat better, exercise more, lower your stress level, stop smoking, and/or... if you're a family caregiver... to take better care of yourself.
According to a U.S. News report, however, 80% of our resolutions fail by the second week in February. The changes create internal stress, and our motivation diminishes. Unless we have an encouraging "coach," we slip back into familiar habits.
