The CARE Act has unanimously passed both Houses and was sent to Governor Rauner for signature on June 11. As of today, it has been signed into law in at least ten states: Oklahoma, New Jersey, Indiana, New Hampshire, Nevada, Virginia, West Virginia, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Mexico. In New York, Maine, and Illinois, it awaits the governor's signature.
