Wednesday, June 10 1:00 pm.Dementia 101: What is Dementia? This one-hour interactive program will help participants understand the difference between dementia and normal memory decline, causes of dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and the four major dementias.
Wednesday June 24 1:00 pm.Dementia 102: How Things Change. This one-hour interactive program will help participants understand how dementia can change a person’s ability to perform daily activities. Participants will also learn how to use remaining abilities to encourage independence and maintain function.
Wednesday July 8 1:00 pm.The Dementia-Friendly Home. This one-hour interactive program will help families create a home environment that is a safer and more supportive for a person with dementia and helps to reduce every day stress.

Advocating for Your Loved One (NEW). A one-hour interactive program that offers effective strategies for promoting quality care.
